Who We Are

We’re Felipe and Stacey, two Accredited Exercise Physiologists with over 35 years of combined experience — and we created AS ONE to bring high-quality, human-centered rehabilitation to people living with spinal cord injuries, neurological conditions, and complex physical challenges.

After working in neurological rehab centres around the world — from Australia to California to Europe and the Middle East — we saw the same pattern over and over again: people were being discharged from hospitals with little long-term support, little clarity, and almost no access to ongoing care that felt practical, personal, or empowering.

We knew there had to be a better way.

That’s why we started AS ONE — first as a mobile rehab service across Australia, and now as a global online membership platformWe wanted to create something that didn’t just treat a condition, but supported the person behind it. A space where you could feel understood, encouraged, and guided — whether you’re newly injured or years into your journey.

Inside the membership, you’ll find expert-led videos, movement strategies, condition-specific support (especially for spinal cord injuries), and content designed for real life.

We believe movement is the better medicine. And we believe that no matter where you live or what level of ability you have, you deserve access to professional, high-quality care that helps you feel stronger, more confident, and more in control.

This is more than just a service — it’s a growing community. And we’re here to walk alongside you, every step of the way.
