Specialised exercise is much more than just movement…

As One was created by husband-and-wife duo, Stacey and Felipe. With 35 years of combined experience as Exercise physiologist, with over 20 of these specialising in spinal cord injury and neurological rehabilitation techniques.

After meeting and working together with a team to stablish a specialised rehabilitation centre in California/USA, impacting hundreds of patients from all over the globe, Stacey and Felipe returned to Melbourne/Australia with the goal to extend their service group to include anyone with physical and mental disability. Since then, they have developed a methodology that service not only those affected but also their families and carers to maximise our client’s potential.

At As One Australia we aim to see all new clients as soon as possible – to meet your needs. In many areas we have immediate availability, meaning you can be seen inside 48 hours. In areas of longer wait times, we of course communicate this with you and book a time suitable in the future.

It is helpful if you have any information or reports from your General Practitioner (GP) or additional allied health team that may be appropriate and may assist us in understanding what your needs are. If you are an NDIS participant, a copy of your NDIS plan Goals and dates is also helpful to guide our assessment and identify what areas you may require our assistance.
