  • The National Disability Insurance Scheme was developed to provide long-term care, and our health care professionals share the same goal for our clients.

    As One Australia services both plan managed and self-managed NDIS participants. We treat all clients in a place most convenient to them, whether it is in the comfort of their own home, via Telehealth, or in some other more convenient setting.

    You can access an exercise physiologist through your Improved Daily Living Skills or Improved Health and Wellbeing NDIS funding.

    We can assess your physical fitness, discuss your NDIS goals, and provide an individualised exercise program that helps you towards your goals, such as:

    • Improving independence and ability to complete activities of daily living

    • Falls prevention and balance

    • Reconditioning or strength programs

    • Managing persistent pain or fatigue

    • Increasing movement confidence and participation in the community

    • Improving flexibility and mobility

    • Reducing the impact of your disability by improving your overall function

    • Managing the side effects of long-term medication, such as weight gain, reduced bone density and poor sleep.

    Before commencement of your initial evaluation, we require the following information (where available) sent to info@asoneaustralia.au:

    • Support Coordinator Contact Information

    • NDIA reference number

    • A copy of your current plan - if you are not comfortable providing this, the current plan dates and listed goals will suffice

    Cost: $166.99/hour

  • The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) is a Victorian Government-owned organisation who is there to support you and help you receive the treatment you need as you recover from your accident.

    We prescribe safe, effective and appropriate exercise program to help you recover from your injuries. We also provide advice on how to stay active.

    We do not charge a gap.

    TAC will pay for exercise physiology services immediately after your transport accident. You don’t need to contact TAC for initial approval.

    • TAC claim number

    • Date of accident

    • Claim manager

  • As One Australia services anyone in a place most convenient to you, whether it is in the comfort of your own home, via Telehealth, or in some other more convenient setting.

    Most private health funds offer rebates for Exercise Physiology services. Please contact your private health fund to find out more.

    Full payment is required at time of service. Private health insurance rebates can be made independently using the receipt of payment.

  • Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists are registered Worksafe providers and will give you the best chance of returning to full duties in a safe and sustainable fashion. We will also liaise directly with your case manager and insurer to ensure that all you need to do is focus on getting back to your best.

    Fees will be charged directly to WorkSafe according to the current fee schedule.
